By accessing or purchasing services from Bigga Bagg, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Bigga Bagg provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Shopify store design and development
- Website setup and optimisation
- Digital business services
- All services are delivered based on the package purchased.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Supplying required content, images, and access
- Responding within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Shopify
- Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is stated in the purchased package.
Requests outside the package scope may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Once the project is completed and paid for:
- The client owns their Shopify store and content
- Bigga Bagg retains the right to display work for portfolio purposes
Limitation of Liability
Bigga Bagg is not responsible for:
- Loss of profits
- Business performance
- Third-party service interruptions
- Shopify platform limitations
Changes to Terms
Bigga Bagg reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
