Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Bigga Bagg provides digital services, refunds are handled as follows:

Before Work Starts

If you cancel before work has started, you may request a refund minus any administrative or processing fees.

After Work Has Started

Once work has started:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • This includes design work, setup, strategy, or development

Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (missing information, late responses) do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy:

  • We encourage communication
  • Revisions will be handled according to your package
  • Additional work may be quoted separately

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate project suspension
  • Loss of access to services
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors
